"I bought this, and the "Tripod Mount - for MagSafe. " I cannot understand why the attachment systems are different, and I am unable to mount the cold shoe properly to the tripod mount. I bought both, thinking they were totally compatible, since the "Pro Moment Tripod Mount for MagSafe with Cold Shoe" is not available anywhere. Also, the fragility of the cold shoe mount's rotation system is a major design flaw. I have been buying Moment gear since you started many, many years ago. I feel sadly disappointed."

"The magnet is very strong and great quality of material. The grip stays where it needs to be. The device overall is high quality. The only issue is the finger-tight nut that sinches the pieces together comes loose if there is lots of tilting of the phone. Mainly due to the balance of the circle magnet. Not a big deal, just beware of the situation."
