Hi, I want to know the dimensions of the laptop compartment
Hey Nhi! The dimensions of the laptop compartment are 40 cm x 28 cm (approximately 15.7" x 11").
I have the moment tech tote, I love it but cat hair sticks to it like a magnet, would this tote have the same problem? I see it's a different nylon material on the outside

Hi there, I have the yellow colour tote, and there are now some stains that I can't get rid of by wiping, like water stains and a black stain that's maybe grease. Can I put the bag in the washing machine?
Hey KK! The best way to clean any of our MTW and Everything bags and gear is spot cleaning with a gentle non-bleach detergent (one with no dyes added). Add the detergent to a small amount of warm water and spot-clean the bag with a cloth or sponge. Then rinse the cleaned spots with just warm water on a sponge or cloth. Before cleaning, you should test a hidden spot on the bag just to make sure the detergent you are using doesn't fade the color of the fabric. We don't recommend putting it in the washing machine.
