"The free version was already great… with the pro version, even better. Have been a fan of Serr for a while now"
"there are several areas that could be improved. Skin tones can occasionally become overly warm, while the teal/cyan treatment in skies and shadows may feel too strong in certain scenes. Results are not always consistent across different camera brands and color spaces, often requiring additional adjustments. The PowerGrade can also crush shadow detail, mute greens, and produce highlight roll-off that appears harsh with some footage. To achieve the intended look, users frequently need to fine-tune exposure and white balance beforehand. Additionally, the node structure may be challenging for newer DaVinci Resolve users to understand and customize, and more comprehensive documentation on recommended camera settings, color management workflows, and exposure guidelines would help users achieve more consistent results. greater flexibility, consistency, and user guidance would further enhance the experience."
"There should be a tutorial for FCP for this."
"love it"
"Love this power grade!"
"really good. finally understand grading"
"This Film emulation powergrade is the perfect one ! Huge flexibilty, so many creative look, and the feeling to be fully creative. Thanks !"
"When asked if I’d write a review, I looked at which LUTs—of the three dozen I’d whittled down to—I use virtually exclusively (on my iPhone 17 Pro). Six (and a sixth) of them are FV 2 Rec. 709 (and variant) conversion LUTs. So, yes I’d rate these five stars."
"I really enjoy what the lite pro has been doing for my video. It gives me 80% of a real cinema look with 5% of the effort. Extremely worth it for the price. It's 4 stars and not 5 because I simply wish we would have gotten a little more of the pro package. At some point I intend to upgrade to full package."
