Q&A

I'm having trouble getting the battery access door off. How is that done?
Hey Judy! You’ll see a little groove along the middle seam on the back of the Bluetooth remote, right where the two halves of the remote meet. If you slide this down, you should be able to access the battery.
Will this work with social apps like Instagram? Or third party camera apps? Thanks!
Yes it will. The remote just mimics the built in functionality of the volume buttons to start recording or take a picture.
Is there a way to use this remote for a presentation to do the "next arrow key" instead of "volume up key"?
Hey Duncan! I'm afraid remapping the button function is not possible. Szabi - Gear Guide
How does this get charged?
Hey Ian! It's not rechargeable, but it has a replaceable CR2032 battery that lasts for 5,000+ shots. Szabi - Gear Guide
