Hi, which setting works best with this? S-Gamut3.cine or S-Gamut3? Thanks
Hey Kim! The Sony to Arri Alexa conversion luts convert footage from SLog3 to ArriLogC3. Since SLog3 works with S-Gamut 3, we recommend using S_Gamut3. Whereas, the S-Gamut3.Cine is for S-Cinetone which is a different profile and it is not true Log. It is similar to HLG. Rahul - Gear Guide
When using the luts, so we have to apply first the rec 709 conversion lut to the slog3 footage then use the Arri Log C lut on top of it to achieve the same grading results? Please help. Planning to buy your luts pack
